In most cases they successfully obtain information on the traders dealing with counterfeit products, which is then reported to our clients and brand owners. At initial stages, such information tends to be preliminary with little details. Our team also tries to obtain samples of the counterfeited products or clear images, so to help the brand owner in analysing the suspected counterfeit products. We then wait for our clients to further instruct us on whether they want TLG to do more surveillance on the identified target in order to reveal vital information which will identify the source of the fake products, warehouse where the stock are kept and others.
